What this book is for:
Wanting to devote more time to your emotional health and mindset but don’t know where to start? This book is here to help guide you through your emotional health journey by providing you with tools, affirmations and daily practices to help you feel more in touch with yourself.
Starting this journey can often feel overwhelming, so I have broken it down into logical steps and daily practices to use as a ‘toolkit’ on your way to a more resilient and connected emotional health. This is by no means the answer to all your problems but I can only hope that this kit begins to create a really special and lifelong bond with yourself.

This toolkit is based off my own experience with mental health, and practices and professionals I have found helpful along the way. I have decided to share this in the hopes that it inspires you to take action with your own emotional health by making time for yourself and reaching out to those who can assist you.

How does it work?
This book contains a number of introspective tools, exercises and affirmations to guide and assist you in digging deeper into your emotional health. In doing so you will gain a thorough understanding of your fears, triggers and limiting beliefs. Understanding these will enable you to form new daily practices, beliefs and goals. These are lifelong tools that you can use and practice to become the best version of yourself.
It is a step in the right direction to a more balanced and fulfilling life and potentially the push you needed to speak up, get help or face your inner battles.
